A Health Plan Holder complaint against
a certain HMO in the Philippines.
After 3 years of paying premiums amounting to P72k,
a single wound operation and one (1) day confinement amounting to P11k hospital bills was not allowed/paid
by the HMO. Not mentioning in detail the arrogance of the HMO staff handling the incident.
